Refund Policy
We believe in being transparent about our refund terms. Please read this carefully before making a purchase.
1Overview
Einvits provides digital invitation templates and related online services. Because our products are delivered electronically and are accessible immediately upon purchase, all sales are generally considered final. This policy explains the specific circumstances under which we do and do not process refunds.
By making a purchase on Einvits, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy.
2Wallet Top-Ups
Einvits uses a prepaid wallet system to purchase premium templates. Once money is added to your Einvits wallet:
- The transaction is final and non-refundable.
- Wallet credits cannot be transferred to another account.
- Wallet credits do not expire — your balance remains available indefinitely.
- We do not offer cash withdrawals or bank transfers of wallet credits.
We strongly recommend adding only the amount you plan to use. If a payment was charged but your wallet was not credited due to a technical error, please contact us within 7 days with your transaction ID and we will investigate promptly.
3Template Purchases
Once a premium template has been unlocked and accessed, no refund will be issued. This applies in all of the following circumstances:
- You changed your mind after purchasing.
- You accidentally purchased the wrong template.
- The event was cancelled, postponed, or plans changed.
- You found a similar free alternative after purchasing.
- You were unable to personalise the template to your exact preference.
We encourage you to use the Live Preview feature available on every template page before purchasing. This lets you see exactly how the template looks and works before spending any credits.
4Technical Issues & Exceptions
We understand that technology is not perfect. We will consider refunds or credit adjustments in the following genuine technical situations:
- Duplicate charge: If you were charged twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway error, we will refund the duplicate amount after verification.
- Wallet not credited: If your payment was deducted from your bank but your Einvits wallet was not topped up, we will credit your wallet after verifying the transaction with our payment partner Cashfree.
- Template inaccessible: If a template you purchased becomes completely inaccessible due to a bug or platform error on our end, we will either fix the issue or credit your wallet with the equivalent amount.
To raise a technical issue, email us at support@einvits.com within 7 days of the transaction with:
- Your registered email address.
- The transaction or order ID.
- A brief description and, if possible, a screenshot of the issue.
5Processing Time
Approved refunds (in exceptional technical cases) are processed as follows:
- Wallet credit: Reflected in your Einvits wallet within 24 hours of approval.
- Bank/UPI refund: Processed within 5–7 working days, subject to your bank's processing time.
We will notify you by email at each stage of the refund process.
6Cancellation of Account
You may delete your Einvits account at any time by contacting us at support@einvits.com. Please note:
- Unused wallet credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account deletion.
- Accounts suspended or terminated due to Terms of Service violations are not eligible for any refund.
- All invitations and data associated with a deleted account will be permanently removed.
