Questions
How do I share my invitation with guests?
Once your invitation is published, you can share it via WhatsApp, Email, or by copying the unique link from your dashboard. There's no limit on how many people you can share it with — the link works for all guests simultaneously.
Can I edit my invitation after publishing?
Yes! You can edit your event details at any time from the "My Einvits" section in your dashboard. Changes are reflected instantly on the live link — all your guests will automatically see the latest version.
How do I top up my wallet?
Log into your account, go to the Wallet section, and select an amount to top up. You can pay using UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Card, or Net Banking. Credits are available immediately after successful payment.
What's the difference between free and premium templates?
Free templates include unlimited sharing and basic customization. Premium templates (₹199–₹499) add RSVP tracking, digital gift integration, Google Maps venue integration, lifetime edit access, and priority support.
How do RSVPs work?
When guests click your invitation link, they can RSVP directly — selecting attendance, dietary preferences, and plus-ones. You'll see all responses in real-time in your dashboard. RSVP tracking is included with all premium templates.
I made a payment but my wallet wasn't credited. What should I do?
This can occasionally happen due to network delays. Wait 10–15 minutes and refresh your wallet page. If the issue persists, email us at support@einvits.com with your transaction ID and we'll resolve it within 24 hours.
Can I use my invitation in Hindi?
Yes! We have templates available in both English and Hindi. You can filter by language on the Templates page. More regional languages are coming soon.
