You can browse all templates without signing in, but creating a free account is required to customise a template, save your invitations, and share them. Registration takes under 30 seconds — just an email and password.

Yes! Many templates are completely free. Premium templates are available for a one-time fee starting at ₹49. There are no monthly subscriptions — you only pay for the designs you actually use.

Einvits has templates for 10+ occasion categories including Weddings, Ring Ceremonies, Birthdays, Anniversaries, Baby Showers, Graduations, Festivals, Official Parties, Public Events, and more. New designs are added regularly.

Absolutely. Most templates use our live drag-and-drop editor where you can change names, dates, venue details, photos, font styles, colours, and more. Every element is editable, so your invitation truly reflects your celebration.

Yes. You can upload your own photo directly into the editor and position it anywhere on the design. We recommend a clear, high-resolution image for the best result. Supported formats include JPG, PNG, and WebP.

Yes. Einvits offers templates in English, Hindi, and several regional Indian languages. You can filter templates by language on the browse page. You can also type in any language in the editor using your device keyboard.

Yes! Your invitation is saved to your account and can be edited any time. If you've already shared the link, any updates you save will be reflected automatically when guests open it — no need to re-share.

Yes, selected templates include background music support. You can use the default music provided with the template. The music plays automatically when guests open the invitation link (subject to their browser's autoplay settings).

Once your invitation is ready, you get a unique shareable link. You can send this link via WhatsApp, SMS, email, or post it on social media. Guests can open and view the invitation on any device — no app download required.

Yes. Your invitation can include an RSVP button so guests can confirm attendance with a single tap. You can view all responses in your dashboard in real time, making it easy to manage your guest list without chasing calls and texts.

Absolutely. Einvits invitations are web-based and open directly in any browser on mobile or desktop. There is nothing to install — your guests just tap the link and the invitation opens instantly.

Yes. You can embed a Google Maps link for your venue so guests can get directions with one tap. Simply enter the venue address in the editor and the map integration is handled automatically.

Einvits uses a wallet system. You add money to your Einvits wallet using UPI, debit/credit card, or net banking via our secure payment gateway. When you purchase a premium template, the amount is deducted from your wallet balance instantly.

We accept all major payment methods including UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit cards, debit cards, and net banking. All transactions are processed securely through our payment partner.

Since digital content is delivered instantly upon purchase, we generally do not offer refunds. However, if you face a technical issue or the template does not work as described, please contact us at support@einvits.com and we'll resolve it promptly. See our Refund Policy for full details.

No. Your Einvits wallet balance does not expire. Any amount you add remains in your account and can be used for future template purchases at any time.

On the login page, click "Forgot Password?" and enter your registered email address. You'll receive a password reset link within a few minutes. If the email doesn't arrive, please check your spam folder or contact support.

Yes. If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, please email us at support@einvits.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request". We will process your request within 7 working days.

Yes. Einvits is fully optimised for mobile. You can browse templates, customise your invitation, and share it entirely from your smartphone. For the best editing experience on complex designs, a desktop or tablet is recommended.

First, make sure your invitation is published and not in draft mode. Check that the link is correct and not truncated. If guests are still unable to open it, ask them to try a different browser or clear their cache. If the issue persists, contact us at support@einvits.com.

Currently, Einvits invitations are designed as web links for the best interactive experience (animations, music, RSVP). Direct PDF/image export is on our roadmap. For now, you can take a screenshot of the invitation for static sharing.

There is no hard limit on the number of invitations you can create. Free templates can be used unlimited times. Premium templates are purchased per use — each new invitation from a paid template requires one purchase.

Yes. When you share an Einvits link on WhatsApp, it generates a rich preview with the invitation thumbnail and title. Guests can see a glimpse of the design before tapping to open the full invitation.

No. Once your invitation is live, there is no limit on how many guests can view it. You can share the link with your entire family and friends list — hundreds or even thousands of people can open it simultaneously.
