Disclaimer & Acceptable Use
Einvits is an open platform. Anyone can create and share content, and every user is responsible for what they create and share.
1Nature of the Platform
Einvits ("we", "our", "us") provides self-service tools that let users design digital invitations, templates, biodata, and similar content and share it by link, QR code, or social media. Any visitor can register and publish content. We act only as an intermediary that hosts content at the direction of users. We do not review content before it is published.
2User-Generated Content Disclaimer
- All content on an invitation, template, or shared page is the sole responsibility of the user who created or shared it.
- Einvits does not guarantee that any user content is accurate, lawful, safe, or appropriate.
- Opinions, statements, offers, or event details in user content belong to the creator and not to Einvits.
- Being hosted on, or shared from, an einvits.com link does not mean Einvits approves, sponsors, or is associated with that content, event, or person.
- Recipients should use their own judgement before trusting, attending, paying, or acting on any invitation or link they receive.
