  • Cookies & Local Storage: Small files stored on your device to keep you logged in and remember your preferences (see Section 6).

3How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • To create and manage your account and provide the services you request.
  • To process wallet top-ups and template purchases securely.
  • To personalise your experience and remember your preferences.

  • To improve our platform, fix bugs, and develop new features.
  • To comply with applicable laws and prevent fraud or misuse.

We do not sell your personal data to any third party. We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your consent.

4Sharing Your Information

We share your data only in limited circumstances:

  • Payment Processor (Cashfree): To securely handle payment transactions. Cashfree's privacy policy governs data shared with them.
  • Hosting & Infrastructure: Our servers and cloud infrastructure providers who store data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
  • Analytics: Aggregated, anonymised usage data may be shared with analytics services to understand platform performance.
  • Legal Requirements: We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or government authority.

5Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These include:

  • HTTPS encryption across the entire platform.
  • Hashed storage of passwords — we never store your password in plain text.
  • Access controls limiting which team members can access user data.
  • Regular security reviews of our codebase and infrastructure.

No system is 100% secure. If you suspect any unauthorised access to your account, please contact us immediately at support@einvits.com.

We use cookies and similar technologies to:

  • Keep you logged in during a session.
  • Remember your language and display preferences.
  • Understand how visitors navigate the site (analytics).

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling cookies may affect certain features, such as staying logged in.

7Data Retention

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. If you delete your account, we will delete or anonymise your personal data within 30 days, except where we are required to retain it for legal or regulatory reasons (e.g., financial transaction records).

8Children's Privacy

Einvits is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

9Third-Party Links

Our platform may contain links to third-party websites (e.g., Google Maps). Clicking these links takes you to sites not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites and recommend you read their policies.
