1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Einvits ("we", "our", "us"), governing your access to and use of einvits.com and all related services. By registering an account or using our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2Eligibility

To use Einvits you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age.
• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under Indian law.
• Not have been previously banned or suspended from the platform.

By using the platform, you represent that you meet all of the above conditions.

3Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and keep it confidential.
• Notify us immediately at support@einvits.com if you suspect any unauthorised access.
• Ensure your account information is accurate and kept up to date.
• Not share your account with or transfer it to any other person.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account secure.

4Permitted Use

Einvits is provided for the lawful purpose of creating, customising, and sharing digital invitations for personal and professional events. You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose and in compliance with all applicable laws.

5Prohibited Activities

You must not use Einvits to:

• Upload or transmit any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, hateful, or infringes any third-party rights.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform, other user accounts, or our servers.
• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access or scrape the platform.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the platform.
• Use the platform to send spam or unsolicited communications.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of our software.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund.

6Your Content

You retain ownership of all content you create and upload on Einvits (photos, text, names, etc.). By using the platform, you grant Einvits a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, and display your content solely to provide the services you have requested. We do not claim ownership of your content and will not use it for any other purpose.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that all content you upload does not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.

7Intellectual Property

All templates, designs, graphics, software, and other content on Einvits (excluding user-uploaded content) are the exclusive property of Einvits or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our templates or platform code without our prior written consent.

Purchasing a template grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use that template for a single invitation. Resale or redistribution of our templates is strictly prohibited.

8Payments & Wallet

Einvits uses a prepaid wallet system for premium template purchases. All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payments.

• All wallet top-ups are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are non-refundable once added.
• Wallet credits do not expire and can be used for any future purchase on the platform.
• You agree to pay the price listed at the time of purchase. Prices may change without prior notice.
• We reserve the right to correct pricing errors even after a transaction has been processed.
• In case of a duplicate charge due to a technical error, please contact us and we will investigate and rectify it.

9Refunds & Cancellations

Due to the instant digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Please refer to our Refund Policy for complete details. In summary:

• Wallet top-ups are non-refundable.
• Template purchases are non-refundable once accessed.
• Technical errors causing duplicate charges will be investigated and resolved.

10Availability & Service Changes

We strive to keep Einvits available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time, with or without notice. We are not liable for any loss caused by temporary unavailability of the service.

11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Einvits shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any errors in the invitations you create. Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of Einvits shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms. You may also delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@einvits.com. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Unused wallet credits will not be refunded upon account termination due to a policy violation.

13Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. We encourage you to contact us first at support@einvits.com to resolve any dispute amicably before initiating legal proceedings.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Einvits after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform.
